He sits

As he sits,
his friends just watch.
They judge, they shake their heads,
they do everything except reach out,
and help.

"Does he do that to fit in?"
"Does he think it's funny or cool?"
"Does he know he has a problem?"

No. He doesn't.
You may, but he doesn't.

He just sits.
And his grave gets a little deeper.
